​Appointment Changes
• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made past 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $20 cancellation fee.
• Appointments canceled without notice will be considered a no-show.
Deposits
• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time Please send to Cashapp: $KimLT.
• Deposits go toward your service total.
• Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
Late Policy
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.
• Late arrivals may be treated as a cancellation if the service cannot be completed properly.
No-Shows
• No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
